- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS, typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Engagement Rings: Due to their personalized nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Eternity Jewelry: Customized or engraved pieces are non-returnable.
